BARC Meeting July 7, 2022 Empire Airport
Doug Stolz called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm with twelve members present.
By unanimous vote the minutes from the previous meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report (Jim Tyler):
For the month, starting balance $1749, ending balance $1831. “Big ticket” expenses includes $250 to Frankfort High School for indoor flying and $300 for hanger rental at Thompsonville Airport. Income includes $604 in contributions by indoor fliers this past winter.
Safety Officer (Dennis Holcombe):
There were no untoward events.

Old Business
- The Frankfort H.S. indoor flying was very successful.
- Members are reminded to please pay their 2022 dues. You may contact Jim Tyler (san1jim@yahoo.com) for more details.
New Business
- Tip of the hat to Pete Zimmerman who searched for and found a plane that went down at the Empire Airport a week earlier.
- The Annual BARC airshow is Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Thompsonville. Jay Stolz (jtstolz@comcast.net) is the contest director.
